Public Consultation Completed

The public consultation on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Precious Metal Articles has been concluded. The consultation took place from October 20 to November 10, 2023, through the Ministry of Economy's online portal "TEHNIS," DMDM, and the eConsultation portal.

Interested parties and experts were given the opportunity to submit any objections, comments, and suggestions regarding the draft law to the Ministry of Economy via mail or electronically.
