Public Invitation for Participation in the Public Discussion on the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Precious Metals

In the period from October 20 to November 10, 2023, the Ministry of Economy is conducting a public discussion on the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Precious Metals (hereinafter referred to as the Draft Law).

We invite state authorities, experts, and other interested parties to participate in this public discussion. Please familiarize yourself with the text of the Draft Law and submit your comments, suggestions, and recommendations.

Comments, proposals, and suggestions can be submitted to the Ministry of Economy via email at anita.bujas@privreda.gov.rs or by mail to the Ministry of Economy, Sector for Quality and Safety of Products, Kneza Milosa 20, 11000 Belgrade, with the note 'Public Discussion on the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Precious Metals.
