Rulebook on pre-packaged products

Rulebook on pre-packaged products published on May 17th, 2013. in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 43/13 and comes into force on May 25th, 2013. Note: The provisions of Art. 11th to 13 of this regulation will be applicable after the expiry of two years from the entry into force of this Regulation, May 25th, 2015.

Rulebook on pre-packaged products published on May 17^th, 2013. in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 43/13 and comes into force on  May 25, 2013.

This regulation prescribes the procedure for testing of pre-packaged products to verify compliance with metrological requirements, requirements for equipment used in monitoring the quantity  of pre-packaged products, metrological requirements that quantities of pre-packaged products must meet, marking the quantities, permitted tolerances of actual quantity relating to the level of indicated nominal quantity, size and shape of the mark of conformity of quantities of pre-packaged products, the way of placing and documenting of compliance of quantities of pre-packaged products with the metrological requirements, as well as the metrological requirements for measuring cylinders, permitted tolerances of volume, as well as signs and notices on bottles as measuring containers.

On the effective date of this Rulebook parts related to the prescription of the tolerances of the nominal quantities shall be repealed in the following regulations:
1) Rulebook of the quality of fruit, vegetables and mushrooms and pectin preparation ("Official Gazette of SFRY", no. 1/79, 20/82, 39/89 - dr. Rulebook and 58/95 and "Official Gazette", no. 56/03 - Dr. rulebook, 4/04- al. Regulation and 12/05 -. rulebook);
2) Rulebook on the quality and other requirements for natural mineral water, natural spring water and table water ("Official Gazette", No. 53/05);
3) Rulebook on the quality and other requirements for candies ("Official Gazette", No. 63/04);
4) Rulebook on the quality and other requirements for edible vegetable oils and fats, margarine and other fat spreads, mayonnaise and related products ("Official Gazette", No. 23/06);
5) Rulebook on the quality and other requirements for non-alcoholic beverages ("Official Gazette", No. 18/06);
6) Rulebook on the quality and other requirements for beer ("Official Gazette", no. 36/04 and 39/05);
