Published Guide for MD

A guide for application of Rulebook on Safety of machinery is published.

The guide was prepared with the aim to help all economic operators, market surveillance inspectors, and other stakeholders interested in application of new regulations which transposed the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

The Guide is not an interpretation of the Rulebook itself; it provides help to all interested parties to use it in production or transport.

It is published on the website of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development and has been prepared in a format that is ready to print and can be downloaded for free.

The guide will be updated regularly by questions of all interested parties and given answers.

We invite all readers to submit suggestions and comments to email: zoran.bakic@merr.gov.rs and we shall take them into account while preparing the new edition.
