Аmendments to the Rulebook on footwear labeling

In the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", number 63/2023 on July 28, 2023, the Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on footwear labeling was published.

The Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on footwear labeling.was published in the "Official Gazette of RS", number 63/23 on July 28, 2023.

This rulebook enters into force on August 5, 2023, and applies from January 1, 2024. On the day of the start of application of this rulebook (January 1, 2024), the provisions of Article 9 of the Rulebook on footwear labeling ("Official Gazette of RS", number 1/14), which refer to requests for additional written information accompanying footwear, cease to be valid, namely: about shoe size; the name and headquarters of the footwear manufacturer, as well as the importer of imported footwear; intended use of footwear (home footwear, footwear for dry weather, footwear for rain, sports footwear, etc.); footwear maintenance, as well as the way footwear is made (stitched footwear, glued footwear, vulcanized footwear, etc.).
