The Rulebook on mark of manufacturer, importer, legal representative and fineness mark has been published.

The Rulebook on  mark of  manufacturer, importer, legal representative  and fineness mark was published on 29 of May 2012 in  the "Official Journal of the Republic of Serbia", No. 54/12 and shall enter into force on 6  of June 2012.  In the anex of the Rulebook the shapes of mark of  manufacturer, importer, legal representatives  are given.

On the day of enetring into force of this  Rulebook the Ordinance on  mark of  manufacturer of articles of precious metals ("Official Journal FRY", No. 8/95) and the Ordinace  on mark of fineness on articles of precious metals  ("Official Gazette FRY", No. 8/95 ) have ceased to apply.
