Adopted Regulation on the amount and manner of payment of fees for the performing of activities related to testing and marking of precious metals articles

This Regulation establishes the amount of fees for conducting of testing and marking of precious metals articles; performing chemical analyzes of precious metals, alloys and articles; testing of equipment used for examination of articles; determination whether the conditions for making a decision on the mark of the manufacturer, importer or representative are met; determination whether the conditions for making decision on testing and marking of articles in the premises of the manufacturer or importer are met; performing other tasks related to the examination and marking, carried out by the Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals, in accordance with the law governing the control of precious metals articles and the payment of such fees.
