Published Rulebook on the technical and other requirements relating to the production of Precious Metals Articles

Rulebook on technical and other requirements relating to the production of Precious Metals Articles was published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 61/13 on July 12, 2013 and it enters into force on July 20, 2013.

This Rulebook prescribes technical requirements relating to the degree of fineness of material for soldering, for coating made from other precious metal, for parts made of non-precious metals and from  non-metallic materials (if precious metals articles contain these substances), as well as the other requirements for their production.

On the effective date of this Rulebook, the Rulebook on conditions which precious metals articles must meet with respect of their production ("Official Gazette of FRY ˮ, No. 8/95) ceases to be valid.
