Information on the renewal of decisions which determine the fulfilment of conditions for verification of measuring instruments

In accordance with Article 9 Paragraph 6 of The Law on Metrology ("RS Official Gazette ", No. 30/10) the authorised body, if wish to continue with the tasks of subsequent verification of measuring instruments, must apply for renewal of the decision which determines the fulfilment of conditions for subsequent verification of measuring instruments (Decision on authorization), at least three months prior to the expiration of the period for which that decision was issued .

Since the first decision on the authorization was issued in July 2011th years, with a validity period of three years, we inform the authorized bodies for verification of measuring instruments that it is necessary to apply for renewal of authorisation during the prescribed period.
