Published Law on Amendments to the Law on Standardisation ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 46/15)
In the "RS Official Gazette", No. 46/15 of 28 May 2015, Law on Amendments to the Law on Standardisation was published.
With these amendments to the Law, harmonization with Regulation (EU) No. 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 was made.
The purpose of the ammendments:
- The Institute will provide to all interested parties, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, participation in all stages of preparation and adoption of standards and related documents.
- Greater transparency in the decision and the withdrawal of Serbian standards and related documents is allowed.
- Besides the activities of standardization, at the request of interested parties, the Institute carries out certification activities.
