Regulation amending Regulation on the manner of providing information and notification of technical regulations, conformity assessment and standards was adopted

Regulation was adopted by the Government on 30th December and published in the Official Gazette of RS, No. 114/15 31.12. 2015

Bearing in mind that the European rules relating to notification of standards were changed at the end of 2012, by the entering  into force of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012, no. 1025/2012, the need to harmonize the existing Regulation and their adaptation to new European rules in the field of standardization (changes relating to transparency and work program for  standards) has arisen.

This Regulation is fully in compliance with the Directive (EU) 2015/1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical regulations and of rules on Information Society services.

The adoption of the said Regulation is  a part of series necessary legal activities of Republic of Serbia undertaken to create the legal and institutional framework for the implementation of commitments relating to the fulfillment of conditions for EU accession.
