Published Rulebook on measuring instruments
In the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 3/18 of 12 nd January 2018, the Rulebook on measuring instruments was published.
The Rulebook on measuring instruments was published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 3/18 of 12 nd January 2018. This Rulebook was adopted with the aim to harmonizing national legislation with all the principles and essential requirements of Directive 2014/32 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on measuring instruments.
By the Rulebook on measuring instruments prescribes requirements for water meters, gas meters and devices for volume conversion, active energy meters, heat meters, measuring systems for continuous and dynamic measurement of non-water liquids, automatic scales, taximeters, materialized measures, dimensions and analyzers exhaust gases, which must be fulfilled for their placing on the market and / or use, conformity assessment and conformity assessment procedures, marking, compliance certificates and other documentation wich are following these measuring instruments and conditions to be met by designated body which performs conformity assessment procedure.
The Rulebook shall enter into force on the eighth day from the date of its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia".
