Improved Rulebook on the Safety of Children's Playground

Amended Rulebook on the Safety of Children's Playgrounds, published in the Official Gazette of the RS, No. 41/19 of June 11st, 2019.

The Rulebook, which enters into force on 18th June 2019, has amended certain provisions in order to clarify the existing ones, having in mind stakeholder proposals and suggestions from more than 15 seminars organized by the Sector in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce throughout Serbia from November 2018 to February 2019.

What's new in the Rulebook of the June 2019?

The clear responsibilities have been defined for responsible person  setting up the playground; the provisions on conformity assessment and designation of the conformity assessment body have been improved, the declaration of conformity for equipment and surfaces forimpact attenuation and the responsibilities for manufacturers have been more precisely defined; a new Declaration of Conformity was added for the entire playground made up by person setting the playground, as well as a mark of conformity for the entire playground.
