Published Rulebooks on Amendments to the Rulebooks on Machines, LVD, EMC, Lifts and ATEX
Official Gazette of the RS, No. 21/2020 of March 6th 2020, published Rulebooks amending the Rulebooks in the field of machinery, low voltage electrical equipment, lifts, electromagnetic compatibility and "ATEX"
These regulations repeal the provisions relating to the affixing of the Serbian conformity mark to products two years after Serbia's accession to the EU or the signing of the "ACAA" agreement, as well as the obligation to obtain a Delayed Certificate of Compliance.
