Published Rulebook on certification of medical thermometers

The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 88 of December 13, 2019, published the Rulebook on the Certification of Medical Thermometers

The Rulebook on the Certification of Medical Thermometers was published in the Official Gazette of the RS, No. 88 of December 13^th 2019, and will enter into force on December 21^st 2019.

This Rulebook prescribes the manner and conditions of periodic and extraordinary certification of medical thermometers used for health protection in healthcare institutions (hereinafter referred to as: thermometer), the requirements that thermometers must fulfill during certification, as well as the manner of determining compliance with these requirements.

With the entry into force of this Rulebook, the Rulebook on Medical Thermometers (Official Gazette of the RS, Nos. 118/13 and 86/14) shall cease to apply.
