Transposition and implementation of the Directive 69/493/EEC, is in the competence of the Ministry of Economy - Sector for quality infrastructure.

This area is currently regulated by the Rulebook on labeling of crystal glass products ("RS Official Gazette", no. 143/14). Rulebook came into force on January 03, 2015, and begins with the application of 1st January 2018.
